Shipping Methods

  • Canada Post Regular Parcel or Small Packet - (Standard Shipping)

    CANADA- Approximately 3-15 business days to Canadian provinces

    US & INTERNATIONAL - Approximately 2-6 weeks, however may exceed standard delivery times and may take up to 8 weeks depending on postal delays to your area and items being held at Customs. Please keep this in mind when ordering.

  • Faster Shipping is available; please email us for shipping price quote to your area. Also, please specify your shipping needs (timeframe).

*Please note that we are not responsible for lost items on Standard Shipping.

Policies

Shipping & Handling

We attempt to ship your order shortly after payment is received. Please allow 2-10 business days after ordering so that your item(s) can be custom made to your pet's specifications. Occasionally your order may be held while we wait for supplies to arrive. If this happens we will notify you with our expected turnaround time if available. We try to provide you with the most economical shipping costs available. Our Shipping & Handling prices are calculated by size and the amount of items ordered. The total will be automatically calculated upon checkout for you.

DISCOUNT - FREE *Standard Shipping* on all orders over $60.00 (USD) or more! (Open to Canadian and US Residents only)

Local delivery or pickup is available, just ask! (Saint John, New Brunswick and surrounding areas)

International shipping is available and calculated upon checkout for you.

*Earth Friendly Policy* We do not normally include invoices with your shipment as online purchases are recorded on your paypal account or credit card statement for reference. If you would like an invoice included in your shipment please specify upon checkout.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products being custom made upon ordering, all sales are final.

We kindly ask that before ordering you measure your pet to ensure a proper fit. If you have any doubts about sizing, please Contact Us first and we will be glad to help. Please see our sizing page for current sizing charts.

Due to the nature of our business and since we are a small operation we cannot accept returns or refunds. To support this, we provide as much information within our store website as possible for our customers to make an informed purchase regarding product and sizing. We cannot be held responsible if you have ordered the wrong size or product.

If you have made an error during the checkout process, please contact us within 24 hours to make any applicable changes necessary before your item is made. If no attempt is made to correct the order within this timeframe or your item has been shipped already we cannot be held liable.

Please check your pet's collar occasionally for signs of wear for safety's sake. If your collar looks worn it may be time for a new one! *Most* of our designs are hand or machine washable, lay flat to dry. If you have a question regarding a specific design, please ask us before washing. We will do our best to advise you of the proper cleaning process.
